Esperanto™
Esperanto has a lot in common with classic typefaces and newer interpretations of the classics. The italic reminds of the lettering ideals of the Rennaissance and of the italic of Manuskript. The first release included only the roman and semi bold, with italics. I completed it in 1993 with a bold and some smal fonts.
The name refers to the international language Esperanto, of course. Esperanto was released in 1992. Esperanto is a trademark of Omnibus. |
