FF OCR-F font
PT FF OCR-F was designed for FontShop International in 1995 by Albert-Jan Pool. Based on monospace sans serif OCR-B typeface (1968) by Adrian Frutiger. OCR-B was designed for optical character recognition systems and is very similar to Univers by its shape. OCR-F is a sans serif typeface and has three weights. It is neither monospace sans nor proportional one; its characters have only a few widths for monospace appearance. For use in advertising and display typography. Cyrillic version was developed for ParaType in 1999 by Tagir Safayev and Vladimir Pavlikov.
